Research indicates the important role emotional intelligence (EQ) plays in influencing performance and work success.In this workshop, participants will discover their EQ (through the use of the Workplace Emotional Intelligence Inventory test).Aspects of how brain mechanisms and our perceptions form emotional frameworks will be covered.Strategies for helping learners develop self-awareness, personal motivation, serve as a foundation for increasing personal influence with clients, customers or colleagues.By the end of this workshop, learners will be equipped with a post training plan, and be empowered to develop their own emotional intelligence.
