Course Description
In today’s vibrant and often volatile work environment, people must be equipped to manage anger proficiently.In this workshop you will be introduced to types and patterns of anger in the workplace.Participants will examine common barriers and assumptions relating to mishandling of angry people.Learners will have an opportunity to discover their own Emergency Response Profile while receiving a toolbox of strategies for responding appropriately in different situations.Case study demonstrations, simulation exercises and learning groups help prepare participants to mitigate people’s anger before situations escalate out of control.
