Personality differences can create tension and conflict, discouraging the growth of healthy, productive workplaces.In “Engaging Personality Differences” learners will have an opportunity of an in-depth discovery of how their own personality (through the use of Myers Briggs Type Indicator) impacts use of time, decision-making and information processing.Further learner self-discovery (through the use of California Personality Indicator) explores how personality impacts communication, creativity and motivation.With a clearer self profile, learners will examine strategies for dealing with personality differences.Dialogue within learning groups, the examination of case studies and live simulations, empower learners to have a clear grasp in dealing with difficult personality differences in the workplace.
