Course Description

Learn the essentials of a process-based approach to helping others through interpersonal conflicts. In this workshop you will be introduced to several mediation processes, including fundamentals for case development, qualifications of a mediator and creating agreements. Learners will examine strategies and skills needed to manage the process.Included in this workshop is step by step case study, demonstrations and simulation exercises. By the end of this workshop participants will be equipped with processes, skills and strategies to manage various conflicts.
